It’s not wrong. As you can see in my post, tan c/sin c is given and you need to express it in terms of sec. Do you want other explanations? Since tan c = sin c/cos c. Substitute it. So (sin c/cos c)/sin c, when dividing a fraction you reciprocate the denominator right? So (sin c/cos c)(1/sin c), sin c will be cancelled. 1/ cos c is left and 1/cos c = sec c (SEXY).
